  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 head cauliflower, cooked and drained
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of celery, chicken or mushroom soup
  • 1/3 to 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs

Directions

    Place broccoli or cauliflower in a shallow baking dish.

    Blend soup, milk and cheese.

    Pour over vegetables.

    Top with crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbling.
