  • 3/4 c. chopped bell pepper (red or green)
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 1 ripe tomato, chopped
  • 1 pkg. buttermilk salad mix
  • 1 (16 oz.) small curd cottage cheese, drain
  • assorted crackers (optional)
  • potato chips (optional)
  • raw vegetables (optional)

Directions

    Combine chopped vegetables and salad dressing mix.

    Fold into cottage cheese.

    Store in container with screw-top; chill well. Serve with assorted crackers, chips or raw vegetables.
