- 7 large onions (4 c.)
- 1 medium cabbage (4 c.)
- 10 green tomatoes (4 c.)
- 12 green peppers (5 c.)
- 6 sweet red peppers (1 1/2 c.)
- 1/2 c. granulated pickling salt
- 6 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 4 c. cider vinegar
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Wash everything.

2Use coarse blade to grind onions, cabbage, tomatoes and peppers.

3Sprinkle with pickling salt and let stand overnight.
