- 3 c. potatoes, cubed
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 stock broccoli, chopped
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 2 stocks celery, chopped
- 3 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. chicken flavored bouillon
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Put vegetables, water and bouillon in large soup kettle. Simmer until potatoes are just tender.

2Add white sauce and simmer for 10 minutes longer.

3Add cheese, salt and pepper.

4Stir to melt cheese and serve.
