  • 16 oz. pkg. frozen Oriental blend vegetables
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz. dairy sour cream
  • 1/4 c. cracker crumbs

Directions

    Cook frozen vegetables according to directions and drain well. Preheat oven to 375°.

    Blend celery soup, milk, sour cream and cheese in large bowl.

    Lightly stir into vegetables.

    Transfer mixture into a 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish.
