- 1/2 1/2 cup peas or 1/2 cup mixed vegetables, boiled
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 -3 tablespoons milk (as much as it takes, usually 2-3 tablespoons)
Directions

1Boil the vegetables; make sure you overcook them (you want to be able to mash them).

2In a bowl, mix the cheese with the margarine or butter; add mashed vegetables and flour; slowly add milk.

3Form into a dough.

4Place in the freezer for 1 hour.

5Open the dough and with a cookie cutter form into shapes.

6Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 15 to 20 minutes.

7Let them cool and enjoy.

8Makes about 20 to 25, depending on the size of the shapes.
