- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 3/4 c. canned corn
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 5 slices toast
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
- 1/2 c. tomato puree
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- salt to taste
Directions

1Melt butter in saucepan.

2Add cheese, stirring until melted. Add the corn and pepper to the melted butter; stir.

3Add the remaining ingredients except toast to cheese mixture.

4Heat over low flame until egg is cooked.

5Pour all over toast.

6Serve at once.
