  • 3/4 c. grated carrots, drained on paper towel
  • 1/4 c. diced onion
  • 1/4 c. diced bell pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (8 oz.) block cream cheese (room temperature)

Directions

    With mixer, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Stir in vegetables.
