  • 3 lb. chicken
  • garlic salt
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. Doritos
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes

Directions

    Stew chicken and debone. Cut into small pieces and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Dice onion over chicken.

    Slice cheese and add over onion. Add crushed Doritos. Blend tomatoes and soups and pour over chicken.

    Sprinkle with crushed Doritos and bake 30 minutes at 400°.
