  • 2 cups plain lowfat yogurt
  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach thawed & drained, 10 oz
  • 1 cup fresh onion minced
  • 1 envelope vegetable Lipton, recipe soup mix, 0.9 oz
  • vegetables Assorted raw, for dipping

Directions

    In a medium bowl combine all ingredients (except raw vegetables for dipping).

    Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

    Serve as a dip for raw vegetables.
