- 2 cans Veg-All mix, drained
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 1 c. mayo
- 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
- 2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 stick melted butter or margarine
Directions

1Mix together the Veg-All mix, 1 cup shredded cheese, mayo, water chestnuts and small onion in a mixing bowl.

2Add 1/2 stick melted butter or margarine and 1 cup cracker crumbs to mixture. After mixing, pour in baking dish and sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cracker crumbs on top.

3Put in oven and bake for about 30 minutes at 350°.
