  • 15 ounces canned pumpkin
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 12 teaspoon baking soda
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 14 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 12 teaspoon ground allspice

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

    Mix the first 4 ingredients together in a medium bowl.

    Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl.

    Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, and whisk together.

    Pour into a greased 2 1/2 quart souffle dish.

    Bake for about 1 hour, or until slightly browned.
