- 15 ounces canned pumpkin
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 12 teaspoon ground allspice
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2Mix the first 4 ingredients together in a medium bowl.

3Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl.

4Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, and whisk together.

5Pour into a greased 2 1/2 quart souffle dish.

6Bake for about 1 hour, or until slightly browned.
