  • 1 pkg. frozen vegetables, thawed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can onion rings

Directions

    Mix soup, eggs and a little water.

    Beat well. Add mayonnaise and mix well.

    Add cheese and 3/4 of onion rings.

    Pour over vegetables and mix well.

    Bake 45 minutes at 350°.

    Last 10 minutes, add rest of onion rings.

    Make an extra one and take to a friend.
