  • 2 lb. frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
  • 12 oz. Velveeta cheese slices
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick butter or margarine

Directions

    Cook or steam and drain vegetables.

    Lay in unbuttered 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Lay slices of cheese on top, then sprinkle crushed crackers over vegetables and cheese.

    Melt butter and pour over top.

    Bake at 350° for about 15 minutes.
