- 2 lb. frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
- 12 oz. Velveeta cheese slices
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
- 1 stick butter or margarine
Directions

1Cook or steam and drain vegetables.

2Lay in unbuttered 9 x 13-inch dish.

3Lay slices of cheese on top, then sprinkle crushed crackers over vegetables and cheese.

4Melt butter and pour over top.

5Bake at 350° for about 15 minutes.
