- 2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Mix vegetables, onions, water chestnuts, cheese and mayonnaise.

2Pour into a 9-inch square dish and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

3Top with crushed crackers that have been mixed in the melted butter.

4Bake 10 minutes more.
