  • 2 zucchini
  • 3 small yellow summer squash
  • 1/3 c. commercial Italian dressing
  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • 20 large fresh mushroom caps

Directions

    Cut zucchini and yellow squash into 1 1/2-inch slices. Alternate slices on two or three skewers.

    Baste with Italian dressing.

    On remaining skewers, alternate tomatoes and mushrooms. Baste well.
