- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 lb. carton cottage cheese
- 1 lb. carton Ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 (14 oz.) can spinach, drained
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Mix together cottage cheese, Ricotta cheese, eggs, onion and spinach.

2Cook noodles for 10 minutes.

3Layer 1/2 cup sauce in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Next, 3 noodles and 1/2 of cheese/spinach mixture.

5Next, 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese.

6Repeat layers, ending with 3 noodles on top, sprinkled with Mozzarella cheese.

7Bake at 375° until brown.

8Set for 10 minutes, then slice.
