  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 lb. carton cottage cheese
  • 1 lb. carton Ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 (14 oz.) can spinach, drained
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce

Directions

    Mix together cottage cheese, Ricotta cheese, eggs, onion and spinach.

    Cook noodles for 10 minutes.

    Layer 1/2 cup sauce in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Next, 3 noodles and 1/2 of cheese/spinach mixture.

    Next, 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese.

    Repeat layers, ending with 3 noodles on top, sprinkled with Mozzarella cheese.

    Bake at 375° until brown.

    Set for 10 minutes, then slice.
