  • 3 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 lb mushroom, sliced
  • 1 lb lasagna noodle
  • 32 ounces cottage cheese
  • 2 boxes broccoli, chopped frozen
  • 8 ounces monterey jack cheese, sliced
  • 16 ounces mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 2 -3 eggs
  • to taste oregano
  • to taste garlic
  • to taste basil leaves
  • to taste bacon

Directions

    Combine cottage cheese, onions, eggs, oregano, garlic and basil leaves.

    Cook lasagna, fry bacon half way.

    Put 1 layer of lasagna, then cottage cheese, then broccoli, then Mozzarella, then Monterey Jack and then mushrooms.

    Repeat for second layer.

    Top with fried bacon.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
