- 3 medium onions, chopped
- 1 lb mushroom, sliced
- 1 lb lasagna noodle
- 32 ounces cottage cheese
- 2 boxes broccoli, chopped frozen
- 8 ounces monterey jack cheese, sliced
- 16 ounces mozzarella cheese, grated
- 2 -3 eggs
- to taste oregano
- to taste garlic
- to taste basil leaves
- to taste bacon
Directions

1Combine cottage cheese, onions, eggs, oregano, garlic and basil leaves.

2Cook lasagna, fry bacon half way.

3Put 1 layer of lasagna, then cottage cheese, then broccoli, then Mozzarella, then Monterey Jack and then mushrooms.

4Repeat for second layer.

5Top with fried bacon.

6Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
