- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 1 small potato, grated
- 1/4 c. raw rice
- 1 tsp. each: salt and pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Mix meat, cheese, vegetables, rice and seasonings.

2Form meat into balls, about 1/2 cup each.

3Mix soup, ketchup and water. Pour sauce into baking dish and arrange meatballs.

4Baste meatballs with sauce.

5Cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
