- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- dash of pepper
- 1 small jar pimientos
- buttered bread crumbs
Directions

1Thaw vegetables and drain.

2Add soup, cream, pepper and pimientos.

3Top with bread crumbs.

4Bake 30 minutes at 350°.

5Top with cheese and bake 5 minutes longer.
