  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen combination carrots, broccoli and cauliflower
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 small jar pimientos
  • buttered bread crumbs

Directions

    Thaw vegetables and drain.

    Add soup, cream, pepper and pimientos.

    Top with bread crumbs.

    Bake 30 minutes at 350°.

    Top with cheese and bake 5 minutes longer.
