- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 2 c. small fresh cauliflowerets
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped canned pimiento
Directions

1Heat oil in skillet.

2Add cauliflowerets and cook, covered, over low heat 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3Add frozen peas, salt and pepper.

4Cover and cook 10 minutes longer, separating peas with fork if necessary.

5Stir in chopped pimiento. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

6Makes 8 servings.
