- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. parsley
- 1 lb. fresh broccoli
- 1 small head cauliflower
- 2 medium zucchini
- 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients in one-cup measure.

2Microwave on High until melted (45 seconds).

3Trim and cut broccoli and cauliflower into flowerets.

4Arrange cauliflower around the outer edge of 10-inch platter, then a row of broccoli flowerets.

5Fill center with slices of zucchini.

6(Can use mushrooms also.)

7Cover entirely with plastic wrap and seal.

8Microwave on High 9 minutes. Drain liquid.
