  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. Oriental frozen vegetables
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 1 tube Town House crackers, crushed
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Cook vegetables as directed along with 1 cup celery.

    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix onion, cheese and mayo and spread over vegetables.

    Melt oleo and add to crushed crackers.

    Spread over vegetable mixture.

    Bake uncovered at 300° for 30 minutes. Delicious!!
