- 2 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, broccoli and carrots
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can milk
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Prepare vegetables according to package. Saute onion and celery in 2 tablespoons butter.

2Pour into baking dish.

3Using same pan, make a sauce with 2 tablespoons butter, milk and soup. Add shredded cheese until melted. Add sauce to vegetables. Toss and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

4Can be made ahead.

5Refrigerate and bake when ready.
