  • 2 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, broccoli and carrots
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped celery
  • 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can milk
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Prepare vegetables according to package. Saute onion and celery in 2 tablespoons butter.

    Pour into baking dish.

    Using same pan, make a sauce with 2 tablespoons butter, milk and soup. Add shredded cheese until melted. Add sauce to vegetables. Toss and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

    Refrigerate and bake when ready.
