- 1 bunch fresh broccoli, cut up
- 1 bunch fresh cauliflower, cut up
- 1/2 lb. fresh carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp process Cheddar
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Steam vegetables until tender; drain.

2Arrange in 3-quart casserole which has been buttered.

3Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder and pour over vegetables.

4Sprinkle with cheese.

5Combine crumbs and butter and sprinkle on top.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

7Makes 6 to 8 servings.
