  • 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed and drained
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. lite Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimentos, drained
  • 1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions

Directions

    Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 of the cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimentos and 1/2 can onions.

    Pour into casserole.

    Bake covered 30 minutes at 350°.

    Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.

    Serve 6.
