- 1 c. broccoli pieces
- 1 c. carrots, sliced
- 1 c. cauliflower pieces
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 jar (4 oz.) chopped pimento, drained (optional)
- 1 can French fried onions
Directions

1Combine vegetables in saucepan in small amount of water and steam 6 to 7 minutes; drain.

2Combine vegetables, soup, half of cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and half of onions.

3Pour into a buttered casserole.

4Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes.

5Top with remaining cheese and onions.

6Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.

7Serves 6.
