  • 20 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
  • salt
  • 1 bunch chopped celery
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 green sweet pepper
  • 1 jar olives
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil

Directions

    Cook frozen mixed vegetables with salt.

    Drain and let cool. Mix sugar, vinegar and cooking oil.

    Mix with vegetables and refrigerate for 24 hours.
