- 2 cucumbers, peeled and chopped
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 3/4 c. clear cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. white sugar
- 1 Tbsp. dill weed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
Directions

1Place prepared vegetables in a large bowl.

2Combine seasonings, oil, vinegar and sugar and pour over vegetables. Cover and marinate in refrigerator until cold.
