  • 1 brunch broccoli, chopped
  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped
  • 6 carrots, sliced thin
  • 10 spring onions, diced
  • 2 cucumbers, peeled and chopped
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 3/4 c. clear cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. white sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. dill weed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt

Directions

    Place prepared vegetables in a large bowl.

    Combine seasonings, oil, vinegar and sugar and pour over vegetables. Cover and marinate in refrigerator until cold.
