  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup soymilk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup baking mix (gluten-free/regular)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

    Heat oven to 350F.

    Place mushrooms in bottom of greased baking dish.

    In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, baking mix, & salt.

    Pour over mushrooms.
