- 1/2 cup baking mix (gluten-free/regular)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 350F.

2Place mushrooms in bottom of greased baking dish.

3In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, baking mix, & salt.

4Pour over mushrooms.

5Top with cheese.

6Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until egg mixture is set.
