- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. chopped fresh broccoli
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 c. biscuit mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Lightly grease 10-inch pie plate.

2Cook broccoli in salted water for about five minutes.

3Drain and mix with onion, green pepper and cheese.

4Place in a pie plate.

5Beat mix, milk and eggs until smooth.

6Pour over vegetables in pie plate.
