- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 c. chopped vegetable (broccoli, spinach or cauliflower)
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. Bisquick
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Grease a 10-inch deep pie or quiche plate.

2If vegetables are frozen, do not cook.

3If vegetables are fresh, cook 5 minutes. Mix all vegetables, cheese, salt and pepper.

4Beat eggs, milk and Bisquick.

5Pour over vegetables.

6Bake at 400° for 35 to 40 minutes.
