- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 3 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs
- broccoli, onions and mushrooms
- 1/4 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix rice, 1/2 cheese and 1 egg; pat into pie pan, sprayed. Layer favorite vegetables, salt and pepper.

2Mix eggs and milk; pour over vegetables and sprinkle with cheese.

3Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
