- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
- 1/2 recipe Crispy Pizza Crust
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup small broccoli flowerets
- 1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced and separated into rings
- 1/2 red pepper, cut into strips
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
Directions

1Sprinkle half of cheese over Crispy Pizza Crust; set aside. Saute vegetables, garlic and Italian seasoning in hot oil 3 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are barely crisp-tender. Spoon vegetables evenly onto pizza. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 450 degrees 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Yield: one 12-inch pizza.
