- 2 (8 oz.) cans crescent rolls
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. each: salt and pepper
- 2 c. chopped mushrooms
- 1 c. chopped tomatoes
- 1 c. small broccoli florets
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Separate dough into 4 long rectangles. Place rectangles crosswise in ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.

3Press over bottom and 1-inch up sides.

4Seal perforations. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

5Cool completely. Blend sour cream, horseradish, salt and pepper until smooth. Spread evenly over crust.

6Top with remaining ingredients.

7Cut into appetizer-size pieces.
