  • 2 (8 oz.) cans crescent rolls
  • 2 (8 oz.) nonfat cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. lite mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. dry original Ranch dressing
  • 3/4 c. each tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, green peppers, onions, mushrooms or any combination, finely chopped
  • 6 to 8 oz. nonfat cheese, grated

Directions

    Spread rolls on cookie sheet.

    Pinch seams together. Bake 10 minutes at 350°.

    Cool.

    Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and dressing. Spread over rolls. Decorate with veggies, then add cheese.

    Will keep 1 week in refrigerator.
