  • 2 rolls crescent rolls (pkg. 8)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, soft
  • 1 dry pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. dill weed
  • fresh broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
  • mild Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Spread crescent rolls on cookie sheet.

    Bake until golden brown (not very long) at 350°.

    Let cool.

    Beat cream cheese, dressing, sour cream and dill weed until it looks like frosting. If too thick, add a little milk.

    Spread over cooled crust.

    Chop very fine broccoli, cauliflower and carrots and sprinkle on top of dressing.

    Top with shredded cheese.
