  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup salad dressing, mayonnaise style
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 3/4 cup sweet red bell peppers
  • 3/4 cup radishes chopped
  • 1/2 cup olives pitted, ripe, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons scallions, spring or green onions sliced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, very old, sharp shredded

    Heat oven to 375F (190C).

    Unroll dough into 2 rectangles.

    Press onto bottom and 1/4 inch up sides of 13x9 inch baking pan to form crust.

    Bake 10 minutes; cool.

    Mix cream cheese, dressing and seasoning until well blended.

    Spread over crust.

    Top with remaining ingredients.

    Refrigerate.
