Vegetable Pizza

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 envelope Ranch dressing
  • 1 bunch broccoli, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded carrots
  • 1 c. cauliflower, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. ripe olives, sliced
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls

Directions

    Line a greased pizza pan with the crescent rolls.

    Bake until golden brown.

    Allow to cool.

    Mix cream cheese, mayo and Ranch dressing together until smooth.

    Spread onto the cooled crescent rolls.

    Add the broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and ripe olives. Refrigerate for 1 hour and slice and serve.
