- 1 lb. fresh broccoli, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/2 head cauliflower, cut into flowerets
- 1 medium zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Arrange broccoli and cauliflower around outer edge of a 12-inch round pizza plate.

2Place zucchini in center of plate; sprinkle with water.

3Cover tightly with heavy-duty plastic wrap; fold back a small edge of wrap to allow steam to escape. Microwave at High 5 to 7 minutes, or until crisp-tender, rotating plate once.

4Let stand, covered, 2 minutes.

5Combine butter and garlic salt in a 1-cup glass measure.

6Microwave at High 55 seconds; mix well.

7Lift plastic wrap from one side of plate; drain.

8Remove plastic wrap.

9Arrange tomato wedges around edge of plate.

10Drizzle butter mixture over vegetables.

11Sprinkle with cheese; microwave at High 1 to 2 minutes.
