  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 1 can olives
  • 1/2 c. wine vinegar
  • 1/3 c. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2/3 c. olive oil

    Blanch asparagus, broccoli and cauliflower five minutes. Slice tomato.
