  • 2 bags frozen broccoli or cauliflower
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 pt. (16 oz.) sour cream
  • minced onion
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 stick butter or oleo
  • grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Combine melted butter, sour cream, Parmesan and eggs.

    When thoroughly mixed, add Mozzarella and seasonings.

    Defrost vegetables and drain; add to mixture, then add flour and stir. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.

    Top will brown and middle will be firm.
