Vegetable Pull Apart Bread

  • 3 cans biscuits
  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo
  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • 3/4 c. green pepper
  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cut biscuits into fourths.

    Saute in oleo, onion and green pepper.

    Cook 1/2 pound bacon crisp and crumble it.

    Mix bacon with vegetables and biscuits.

    Add Parmesan cheese.

    Pour into ungreased Bundt pan.

    Cook in 400° oven for 30 minutes.

    (Ham can be substituted for bacon.)
