- 1 whole Beet
- 1 whole Apple
- 4 stalks Celery
- 8 whole Carrots
- 3 cups Vegetable Pulp
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cups Flax
Directions

1Juice the beet, apple, celery, and carrots.

2This makes about 12 ounces juice.

3Youll be using the pulp.

4Add your pulp, water and flax into a bowl or mix in a food processor.

5Add in your favorite spices or additions.

6Once blended, spread onto a dehydrator teflex sheet or cookie sheet if doing in the oven.

7Start the dehydrator (115 degrees F for 6 hours) or bake in the oven (at 350 degrees F for about 35-40 minutes) till desired texture and crispness is achieved.
