  • 1 whole Beet
  • 1 whole Apple
  • 4 stalks Celery
  • 8 whole Carrots
  • 3 cups Vegetable Pulp
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 cups Flax

Directions

    Juice the beet, apple, celery, and carrots.

    This makes about 12 ounces juice.

    Youll be using the pulp.

    Add your pulp, water and flax into a bowl or mix in a food processor.

    Add in your favorite spices or additions.

    Once blended, spread onto a dehydrator teflex sheet or cookie sheet if doing in the oven.

    Start the dehydrator (115 degrees F for 6 hours) or bake in the oven (at 350 degrees F for about 35-40 minutes) till desired texture and crispness is achieved.
