  • 4 c. broccoli, cauliflower or spinach
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 6 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 1/2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar or Swiss)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder

    Lightly saute garlic, onion and broccoli.

    Meanwhile, mix eggs, milk and cheese, then add seasonings.

    Mix in veggies and pour into an oiled casserole dish.
