  • 4 eggs lightly whisked
  • 15 3/4 ounces ramen noodles cooked, drained, chilled
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 8 3/4 ounces mixed vegetables shredded
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives chopped

Directions

    Heat oil in a large nonstick frying pan over high heat, add egg and cook, stirring, for 2-3 mins, or until lightly browned and cooked. Set aside and let cool.
