- 2 large onions, minced
- 4 ribs celery, minced
- 2 c. mushrooms
- 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 4 c. cooked rice
- 2 c. processed cheese, cubed
- 3/4 c. toasted slivered almonds
Directions

1Saute vegetables in butter until tender.

2Add bouillon cubes to boiling water.

3Mix all ingredients except almonds.

4Put in a 2-quart casserole.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

6Stir in almonds just before serving.
