  • 2 cups pecans
  • 1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Orange Jelly Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • dash cayenne pepper

    Melt butter in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.

    Stir in nuts.

    Add dry jelly powder and ginger; mix well.

    or until jelly powder is melted and evenly coats nuts, stirring constantly.
