- 2 large cloves garlic
- 1 c. mushrooms
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 small tomatoes
- 1 bunch scallions
- 1 small jar pimientos
- 2 c. rice
- basil to taste
- parsley to taste
- oregano to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Finely chop first 4 ingredients and saute in butter and olive oil.
