  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 large cloves garlic
  • 1 c. mushrooms
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 1 bunch scallions
  • 1 small jar pimientos
  • 2 c. rice
  • basil to taste
  • parsley to taste
  • oregano to taste
  • pepper to taste

    Finely chop first 4 ingredients and saute in butter and olive oil.
