- 1/2 c. Italian dressing
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 chopped cucumber
- 1 chopped medium tomato
- 1/4 c. green onion
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/2 c. green peas
Directions

1Mix cooked rice and Italian dressing; chill 2 hours.
