  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1/2 c. Italian dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 chopped cucumber
  • 1 chopped medium tomato
  • 1/4 c. green onion
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 1/2 c. green peas

Directions

    Mix cooked rice and Italian dressing; chill 2 hours.

    Add mayonnaise.

    Fold in remaining ingredients.

    Season with salt, garlic salt, pepper and paprika to taste.

    Press into mold, or serve from bowl after chilling 2 to 3 hours.
